Re: * SOLVED * Huge problem with GT2560 board
Also pay attention on the current draw of the motor. I also had that jamming issue before. And it was caused by the sealed extruder mechanical assembly. So I converted mine into Bowden type to eliminate the hassle. Good luck then. But again don't forget to check your driver calibration first. It ...

Thank you all for your replies and support
I have to wait to perform the upgrade, tonight I blew A4988 stepper motor driver for the extruder during one of my first long lastings prints, due to jamming of the extruder. Odered a new one.

Hallo all,
Bought the same printer last week, and ordered several parts to modify it for improving the quality and stability.
I got also a 2560 board with a AMTEL1280 AVR on it.

Re: * SOLVED * Huge problem with GT2560 board
The marking 2560 Rev A indicates that the board was designed based on the Mega2560 architecture. But not actually controlled by the AtMega2560 processor. Your guide would be the processor. If the processor used was AtMega1280, that's the info you have to use in the Arduino software as PROCESSOR ...

Solved it was the USB driver worked with this one:

Re: Huge problem with GT2560 board
Ive noticed that you saved the Arduino and all of your files into the cloud based drive. Move all your files including the unzip Marlin firmware to your document folder along with the Arduino program and open it from there. The board itself has a wait time for transmission. So if the cloud server ...
