Since today none of the fans on my i3 Pro C work anymore. (PWM and the 3 fixed outputs)

After measuring around I found out that the voltage after the 1n5819 diode at D17 (Vin reference point) is just 2,5V, on the input of the diode the voltage is 11,75V which equals VDC. Changing the PWM output ...
