Where is this data for the D200?

Where is this ini file meant to be loaded?

The d200 is one of the easiest to level I have ever had. It also holds level quite well. Why would you need auto leveling?

I think the d200 is a great printer. I too am a bit concerned about the proprietary nozzles, but it seems that is what we have. Can you share with me your setting for Cura as they relate to the d200?
