I bought vibration dampeners in order to try to reduce the noise of my 3D printer.
According to videos made for other models of printers, there should be 2 hex screws on the axis of the motor. They need to be unscrewed in order to make the axis longer.
There is no screws on the axis of ...

Re: printing horror show
If you are printing a single colour make sure the other 2 filaments are pulled out of the hot end slightly. I found that it was causing issues with retractions not relieving the pressure in the hot end. Made an instant difference when I realised after doing the multicolour test print.
I now have ...

I have the same issue. I reduced the temperature to 180°C and still have this issue.
Could it be caused by the quality of the PLA?

Yes it affects extrusion. There is too little extrusion.
How do I contact after sales?
On a related topic, I had to modify the extruders Start G-code in order to use different colors. See an example below. I don't understand why this was not included in the official settings.

Re: Firmware For A20T(GT2560V4 Support 3Dtouch-Beta)
Hi,
Thanks. I removed the code you mention from "Start G-code" and it is using only extruder 1 now.
I have 2 questions.
1. How can I tell the printer to use only extruder 2 or extruder 3 and not extruder 1?
2. I noticed that one of my extruders is different from the others. The "wheel" is flat ...

Re: Firmware For A20T(GT2560V4 Support 3Dtouch-Beta)
Hi,
I also have issues with colors. I don't want to mix them, I want to switch between them.
In Cura if I choose extruder 1, it will use a mix of all of the colors. If I choose extruder 2 or 3, it will do weird stuff, like print in the air and then show a Low temperature error.
