The first photo you posted is the V4.0 board with 20pin screen connector .
2nd pic with 12 pin is the new V4.1b board .This is the one that they will send if your printer has it installed .
They will ask for the serial number of printer and that will tell them which board your printer was sent ...

You will need to contact Geeetech sales support and get them to send out a replacement Board .
No other way to fix as I’ve been told !

Have just been informed by Geeectech support that the new A10m printers come with the new V4.1b board and this board isn’t compatible with any of the current firmware that is available !
If you have tried to upgrade the firmware the board will fail and will need replacing with a new board with ...

I have full control of printer via USB .
Have even sent print and had it print fine .

Just no screen .????

New printer and when I tried to update firmware to add BlTouch screen now has bars on it ?
Tried to flash firmware back with same problem. :( :(
Firmware all from Geeetech site (Hex files)
Board is a GT2560 v4.1b
Printer has only done i test print before this problem .
