New A20M gt2560 V3 BIG Caps

Just saw a new review of this New version of A20M.
Bottom all covered.
Main board had a big Caps that is attached to Gnd pin of MP2403A and + to ...)out of frame)!!!
Do we need to do this mod?
What purpose it serve? To normalize noise from the chip? Or???????

Hi, You mean the capacitor on the motherboard,
It is an improvement made on the original motherboard.
