Layers finish with gaps...

Post by motcher41 »

Anybody have any idea why my first layer would be finishing like this and moving on to the second layer? Nothing is binding up and belts arent skipping. Slicer is cura. Only does this on a larger print

Hi, You can see if the consumables setting in your cura is set to 1.75.
Then check if your hot bed is leveled.

Hi, You need to adjust the distance between the nozzle and the hot bed.
The distance between the nozzle and the hot bed is the distance of a 70gA4 leveling paper;
Reference printing speed: 30-60mm/s;
Whether to perform the pullback setting, if the model is printed, the pullback setting is turned off.

I have retraction on. First layer speed is mm/s and normal print speed is 45mm/s.

Nozzle distance should be good. prints small prints just fine

Hi, If you print the print model on the picture,
There is no need to turn on the reaction.
And you need level the bed,refer the speed:30-60mm/s.
