Cant print when heating done?!?! (I3 pro w)

Hey!!

Today is the first time the problem has occured...

Today i wanted to print something . After connecting my printer and slicing my file, my printer was heating up.

After finishing heating and the printer is showing Heating done i get a message "EasyPrinting3D isnt replying anymore". The program is getting closed and the printer is still showing "Heating done"

Hi,About slicing software,
Not recommended to use Easy print,
You can use Repetier Host to slice and print the model.
