Geetech a20m factory re set

Hi, I'm new to the 3d printing world. I'm being patient though
I have had so many problems already. 3d probe shorted after putting black and white wire in wrong pins.
I tried to upload updated software on here and now my extruder is rattling around and home position is about 50mm high.
Please please can someone tell me how to set it back to it's original state i.e how it was before i loaded any software on to it.
so possibly factory re set ? I have searched and searched for answers online and only see videos about updating software.

Hi, You can try to download the firmware without 3d touch version on the official website using the firmware kit.
