acrylic i3 pro c z lead screws un-align every time it moves

every time I either push the x gantry all the way up to level it (with the x endstop removed, it makes one end higher) and try to move it again, it goes good for about 20 mm but then gets unaligned and jams. is it something wrong with the current supplied to the z stepper motors?

Hi,You can check 1. Whether the threaded rod itself is bent; 2. Whether the left and right are at the same horizontal line; 3. Whether the coupling is installed correctly; 4. Whether the brass nut is installed too tightly and can be adjusted appropriately.
