I3 Pro C hotends and hotbed dead

Hi. I built my Pro C. All Good but the Z-axis threads are very bad. I can fix this.

Problem is the power to the mosfets. NO POWER at all
Power supply 12v DC OK
Fuses OK
frimware 1.0.05 reflashed OK
thermistors functioning normal

I tried to activate hotends and bed from LCD and CURA - nothing works
NO POWER OUTPUT TO HEATERS
All else good.

I think the board is DOA for the heaters?

Any ideas?
