the motherboard bootloader is V1.0.bin , not V3.0.bin

I bought 2 LCD screens for my A30 from Geeetech official on ebay.
The original lcd is like at the bottom of the picture, the lcds that I bought are like at the top of the picture.
I plugged the new lcd into the st link,it turned on but nothing on it (white screen).
what i must to do ? update firmware, lcd bootloader bin, hex ? i don't want to make a mistake.
If you can tell me what you did with the lcd you sent me, step by step.
is it compatible with GTM32 pro ?
