Leveling Problem what do i wrong

Can anyone please help me? With my 3d touch can i do the z homing but when i try to level my bed my z axes runs on my glasplate

Without knowing which version of the firmware you're using...
When I installed my firmware, I started out with a BL Touch.
I used the firmware Marlin-1.1.9_bugfixes_02102019 given by wwysocki...
It ran 1st time for me.

From memory, this also has the configuration.h file already configured for T8 leadscrews - but that's a simple mod.
