What is this cable that came with the A30T?

This cable came with my A30T and I can't help but think it can be used to power a Raspberry Pi + Fan off one of the two extra fan headers that comes with the motherboard. Does anyone know what this cable is?

Oh wow, I feel dumb. I did order the touch sensor with the printer and took everything out and mixed it up. Thanks for the info
