Layer Shifting

My A20 has started to Layer shift in X and Y axis.
I've checked and adjusted Belt tension.
I've reduced speed, acceleration and Jerk
I've checked the Vref Voltages on the stepper driver 1.0 v all 4 drivers
At a loss of what to do
