A30T board dead

Hi, my printer stopped printing in the middle of the print and display and endstops went out, only one fan moves. I think it is that one on power adapter - I´m not sure. So it looks my board is completely dead - after 1 month. It is not very good mark of quality. And now I´m solving the problem with Geeetech help, but I´ve 3 times described the problem - and solution nowhere. Has anybody the same problem? And what is youre solution?

So, now after several mails Geeetech suport send me a new board. Hope it will be better quality.
