What am I supposed to do with this ???

I have had a a30m printer since December 2020 which has never worked. The sd card reader does not hold a card in and does not read a card. I contacted Geeetech and explained the issue and after waiting over a month you send me a sd to usb2 adapter??? What do I need to do to get this printer working ????????

Hello, you can first connect to the computer via USB and control the printer through the slicing software to print online.
