Need help
i purchase the acrylic prusa i3 with ramps 1.4. Have everything hooked up correctly and proper firmware installed with geeetech suggested firmware settings and nothing is working. Test show that the board is working but I can't get the hot end or the heated bed to heat nor get the stepper motors to move. Very frustrated at this point and think I received a faulty kit

Hello!
Please check the thermistor of Hot Bed and Hot End if they were connected to the board correctly,and reset the mainboard. you can manual control the Stepper motors and set the temperature range of Hot End and Hot Bed on the LCD Control Panel. You can refer the below link:
