Pinout for Mechanical End Stop Endstop Switch Module V1.2

For model# DPA-06663 "Mechanical End Stop Endstop Switch Module V1.2": I couldn't find it on the WIKI. What's the pinout? I.e. what is COM, NC, and NO on the 4-pin connector? Thanks.
