after updating the firm ware as stated on the wiki my extruder stepper inst running, how can i fix this?

I dont understand. How do I connect with them? Also they might need to reverse the z axis as it was running backwards. I fixed that in the firm ware but lost the extruder fuction. If they get me the right firm ware will it run ok?

the firmware in our wiki is for test,not for I3.So we will send you the right firmware.you should upload it to the board and make sure that Component‘s position is mounting right

I E-mailed the sales and support e-mail on the website but have not received a reply (almost a week now), can someone please help me get the right firm ware? i cant find it anywhere online, its the last thing i need to make my prusa work please. its excruciating not being able to use it.
