A: I don't know what happened to your A pringter, That is an unusual problem so I can't give you more suggestion immediately.
B: As your B printer, I think you can set your platform lower and far away form the extruder, then have a try to start a print job and see the result. Sometimes a bad setting in your RepetierHost is the reason why jamming happens.
