Rostock manual explanation

Hello, I recently purchased a geeetech Rostock Mini. I am having some issues with page 20 of the manual. When assembling the universal shafts, it says:

Set the universal joints (one is fixed with 2 x M3*10 inner hexagon screw and another is fixed with 2 x M3 screw). The diagonal supporting arm is fixed on universal joint (1 x M3*10 inner hexagon screw + 1 x M3 rubber-washer screw).

My questions are:
What is the length of the described "2 x M3" screws in the first half?
What exactly is an "M3 rubber-washer screw"?
Is there anyway I can get a close up of this part?

2. Sorry, I am new guy here so I actually don't know what it is and all the Delta rostock have been sold out. So I even haven't see the real printer. We are on holiday for Chinese New Year now, our technique support will be back on Feb. 22. Could you please wait for some days? But I suppose it is something black looks like this:
