Hi, I need Technical Support.
I have recently purchased a 3D printer MeDucer and in order to getting started, I found I have some doubts and I may have a problem with the z-endstop.
-On Repetier program , when I press Home bottons of the x/y/z axis , X-asis moves to reach its endstop, Y-asis does the same, but Z-asis moves down a little bit and stops (Z=0). When homing all, It does the same.
- I have noticed that Z-asis endstop switch is hidden in the upper part of the 3d printer and I can reach the switch with my finger. Using the control manual and moving the Z-asis up, it does not stop if I press this switch manually with my finger. It seems that it does not work.
First time I tried to move the Z-asis to its top to reach the endstop, I had to press the emergency stop when i saw that the Z-asis did not stop.
- I use M119 command to check the endstop status, before and after and this is what I get
21:34:01.863 : x_min: TRIGGERED
21:34:01.863 : y_min: TRIGGERED
21:34:01.863 : z_max: TRIGGERED
Questions:
1. I think that the endstop switch is not working, am I right? I dont want to force the motor or break the extrucer.
2. Could it be that a cable has come loose?
3 . Which are the proper printer settings?
I have tried different setting of Home XYZ.(min, max or 0)
Hope you could help with these issues.
Too long time and I have not ever printed anything yet.
Your sincerely,

Maybe the z endstops is not connected because of carelessness. Please check.

You were right. Once I opened the frontal panel I could see easily the most of the plugs were really loose.
Now, it works perfectly. It reachs the top endstop when homing.
Thank you for the wise advice.
