No Movement with extruder and heating bed on, otherwise fine

Post by XYZM »

Its a puzzle

When I run a job with the extruder cold, the X Y Z motors move just fine.

But when I heat the extruder then run job, a piece of filament comes out but the XYZ motors do not move and just make alot of noise.

:?

What do I do??

Please try to print without heating the bed.

Yes I noticed the loud noise does not happen when the heat bed is not on.

Why would this make a difference?

But that is only temporary, when I try to print with the extruder on and the heat bed off the motors start to stutter again.

before I was just using manual controls to test.

I think it is the power supply issue, so when you let all the part work together, they can not work fine. If you have another power supply, it can be confirmed.

This is the only power supply provided in the package.

When I try reducing all the voltages I get barely any movement at all.

And counterclockwise on the drv board does not always make the voltage lower. Sometimes It jumps up. :?

Now that all the components can work separately, the mainboard is fine. But they can not work together, because power supply can not provide enough power, so I think you have to replace a new one. Please contact customer service.

I bought this through an ebay sale. Can you communicate with them so they can provide a new power supply? I bought the printer through Lemon
