It did not work even before the upload of the firmware (For the original firmware, my controller is a GT2560 (white))

The solution would be to buy a new GT2560?

I am having the same problem.

Neither extruder will work.

I swapped the stepper driver with the x motor and both drivers are ok, the x motor moves when i replace it every time.
I checked the voltage to the screw, it was .858, i adjusted it to 1.05 on all stepper drivers.
Neither Extruder motor will turn.

I moved the cable from the Extruder Position to the X Position and the motor extruded.

So it looks like I have A bad board, unless anyone else can provide a better solution.

I have just received a Prusa I3 pro c...assembly went well except for 2 unthreaded wing nuts and a screw that was to short for the x axis belt adjuster..
all motor tes wet well filament heater works ...but no feed...
tried all the topics mentioned here ... I haven't adjusted the voltage, or got a firmware upload as far as i can tell...motors work fine on x axis, just no signal from motor controller...even swapped out motor controllers ... both work fine on x axis...is it the voltage? or firm ware?

I have just received a Prusa I3 pro c...purchased 2015-6-17, from shenzhen getech co...contact Jerry...assembly went well except for 2 unthreaded wing nuts and a screw that was to short for the x axis belt adjuster..
all motor test went well filament heater works ...but no feed...
tried all the topics mentioned here ... I haven't adjusted the voltage, or got a firmware upload, as far as i can tell...motors work fine on x axis, just no signal from motor controller for the extruder motors...even swapped out motor controllers ... both work fine on x axis...is it the voltage? or firm ware? does temp of filament heater prevent turning?...how do I test this....I have not yet received firmware...didn't even know?...very sketchy manual ...i would like to have it working soon.

clear test instructions would be nice...and a test program...

I would like to be happy about my purchase.
