replacement extruder head for Prusa I3 Pro C

I'm not sure what I need...but will be a replacement pair of extruder heads and as well as the GT2560 board with motor drivers ...since the ones you sold me don't work...i'm not sure of the practice of using plastic guide tubes that can melt...
any way I will call the credit card company and let them know I am not happy with my purchase if there is no resolution to this and get my money back.
I would much prefer a email contact or phone number for customer service than this forum..

You don't need to replace a whole head, you just need to replace a new tube.

Sorry, there is no part No because it's included in MK8 extruder.
If you can remove the melted tube, you can buy this:
