4 Months Old Hot End On Fire

Our printer is 4 months old and has been running fine. Hot end temp is always at 205 printing PLA. Half way through a print the Hot End started sparking and caught on fire....... 4 Months old? Come on guys, these should last a lot longer. Please honor warranty and send me a new one. I can send pictures upon request.

Details? Stopped in the middle of printing, sparked and caught fire. Luckily I was in the room to catch it or my house would of burnt down.
