Hi,
I have assembled the 3D Printer & am " Printer Preparing " at step 2 of section 2 to measure the distance between the nozzle & print surface. When I put in the G-Code 'G0 X0 Y50 Z2' there is no movement of the print head after pressing 'Send'. Between 'Manual Control' tab & the "G-Code" line it says there are '6 Command Waiting' before adding 'G0 X0 Y50 Z2'. For your information I had changed both the 'Start G-code' & 'End G-code' as shown in the red boxes for 'Slic3r' earlier.
I have also tried to access the Arduino 'sketch_may22a' but cannot find it. I am using Windows 8.1 & used to have trouble linking my Mega 2560 to the laptop.
Have I missed something? Walter

hi,please reatart the printer.maybe temperature acquisition system goes wrong.
Re: G-Code will not manually move Delta Rostock G2S
Hi,
I have stopped and started the printer a few times with no success. I am trying to calibrate the machine so there is no filament in the HotEnds, the HotEnds are not heating & their Fan is not working. The 2 Extruder Fans & the Fan for the Electronics board are working. When the Printer is switched on the Y-Stepper cannot be moved by hand but the X & Z-Steppers can be rotated a few degrees by hand.
I am at the following stage in the Set-Up procedure & need the code for the Arduino. See the sentence in italics & bold. Where do I get the firmware from?
Modify the firmware of Delta
We have pre-loaded the firmware to GT2560 before shipping, but as this is a DIY printer, there may be some subtle difference between each printer, so you need to modify the firmware to fit your exact printer for better printing effect.
1. Download the firmware here. And unzip the zip/rar file.
2. Open Arduino IDE. ( If you do not have Arduino IDE, you can download here.)
3. Drag all the files into Arduino IDE.
I have downloaded the Arduino IDE but cannot progress any further until I receive the firmware.
Yours, Walter

Thank you for the link to the file. However the Delta Rostock G2S has 2 Extruders. Do I ignore the title " Single Extruder " ?
