Calibrate G2S Z is totally off

Post by fotomickey »

Hi All experts

I just finish building the G2s, but have problem getting the right Z height. Auto-home show Z=213.5 on G2-LCD but instruction use 210 (which one is correct).

Manually lower the head to 0.2mm from plate but Repe & LCD show z=20.9 (way off) And G29 actually weird & will crash head to plate. Had to emergency stop couple time (Level end-stop didn't really help). What should I do next. Please help.

Thanks in advance

hi,our instruction is just a reference, you should use your own diameter since every printer make difference.
regarding to the level endstop, here is the latest upgraded firmware by our exprienced engineer.you can have a try.
hope these will help you.
