Extruder Motor Failing to feed

Hello,

When attempting to print on my G2S I get the problem of the motor failing to feed. When applying a slight bit of pressure to the spring to relieve the foce on the gear it works better but I am unable to keep it in this position. Any suggestions? It is really impacting my ability to print because no filament is being fed into the hotend

In this case you can adjust the screw here to get a proper tightness.
