Iduino Pro Mini, USB connection

Hi,

I've bought some iduino pro mini, atmega328 5v/16m, just like this http://www.ebay.it/itm/Newest-Pro-Mini- ... 3f3ed09902.

I've also bought a USB to TTL UART converter, the CP2012.

I've tried to connect the iduinos like all the other pro mini, but it doesn't work (code upload never finishes).

Could you kindly help me understand where I'm doing something wrong? For example a connection schema would help.
