Z axis don't move and z motors are moving in the s

hi good day! please since april when i have got my KIT GEEETech I3 i have never printet any thing. the problem is that when homing x nd Y axis are moving correctly to their initial position. But Zmotors are moving in the opposite sens of the moving watch and the threads rods can't move. please i need help. thanks for all reactions.
