z axis problem

1st
when i insert sd card(1 gig) it say in homepage sd card inserted but in next menu write no sd card inserted
2nd
the z axis step motors does not work
when i click auto adjustment
i just have a zzzzzzzzz" sound(like Vibration) both of them "

hi,it seems that you SD card is broken.or you can try to fomat it .
and z axis problem,you can spread some machine oil on top plate.

Did you generate the gcode file? the SD card can only reads gcode files and the format is FAT or FAT32, if all those not work, then I think you should find another SD card to try it.
