Extruder sounds "di, di", gear does not turn

I have I3 Pro B, bought this July, it does not work well recently, the extruder's driving gear cannot turn but it makes sound "di. di...." , It looks like that the driving gear tries to turn and move the PLA filement, but the turning force is too week, I contacted GeeeTech through QQ and the B&D-lessoney instructed me to rotate the tiny screw on the driving module, It worked only few times, then, the "di, di.. " noise comes up again, adjusting the driving module screw is no use, more frustrating is that it happened frequently during the middle of the printing, so the half done job is ruined, it is really waste of time and materials.
I really want this to be solved quickly so my project can be continued.
