I3 Pro X - Extruder Stepper does not run

Hi,

the stepper motor of extruder does not feed filament anymore - stopped in the middle of printing.

- No movement from lcd panel

- No movement if manually controlled in Slic3r

- Extruder stepper motor works if connected ie. to X-axis wire

- Extruder stepper motor's wiring works well - if connected i. to X-axis connector in motherboard

- A red led on the left side of extruder's heating connector in motherboard is flashing

Is motherboard broken? Printer is two weeks old - should I contact customer service?

Have you tried swap X motor driver with extruder driver? maybe the driver is dead.

Hello, have you solved your problem? I have the same problem with a printer who buys a few weeks ago, was working fine until yesterday, the stepper stopped working.
