Hi,
My 2-in-1-out hotend appears to have clogged completely on one side (filament no longer passes through from the 2nd extruder at all). Does anyone have either a diagram and/or instructions for how to dismantle the hotend completely?

remove the setscrews for the heater block then you can clean it.

Re: M201 hotend disassembly
OK, having dismantled the hotend, it's apparent what the problem was... the PTFE tube in the clogged extractor had been "pinched" somehow, and the (admittedly very cheap) filament had got stuck. This caused the filament from the other extruder to flow back and clog.
Ho hum - a quick(ish) clean of the hotend, and a swift trim of the offending PTFE tube with a sharp knife, and hey presto - printing using both extruders is working again.
Thanks for the assistance... now I need to change filament supplier, and work out the optimal settings for Cura again...
