printer doesnt react

i got prusa i3 x with gt 2560 board. i can connect my printer to the repetier but it doesnt react to the program and it also doesnt react when i try to use the printer screen. i think the problem is in the gt 2560 board but im not sure.
how can i tell were is the problem an how to fix it ?

is your power supply has a 12V output? and how's the LCD, is it normal? also the led lights on the board, are they all come on? you can check this link first:

my power supply is 12 v . the lcd play Squares and make beep noise and the board show two more lighrs that i think wasnt on before the problem.
