When printer start to print I always hear ticking sound from extruder motor.
It can not push filament constantly into nozzle.
When I checked motor gear which push filament in it turns than jump back and than turn again and than jump back....
Is it feed rate too fast orsomethig else s wrong. I have feeling motor have not enough power to push filament into nozzle.
I have push motor driver to 1,3V, before it was 1,00V, but still it is the same!

Re: extruder can't feed
is the extruder motor faulty? you can plug it into the X axis socket and see if it is dead or not.
Or maybe the PTFE tube inside your hotend throat is melted, you can heat up the hotend to about 200 degrees and unscrew the heater block form the throat to check it.
