issue with zaxys on I3X

Post by nevarim »

Hi all i have an issue with printer I3X:

all mounted (i think) correctly but
when i use button auto home X and y Axys go in the right way until they go to touch endrun and stop themself, z axys go up a little and stop itself.

if i try to move z axys it go from 0 upper (so the direction is right)

if i try to print Z go upper a little start to print correctly and dont return down at the end of print

if i down Z axys manually there is no problem to get the axys to touch endrun

is a problem of firmware?

Please tell me if I have not explained well, so I make a video of what is happening and i post it

thanks

your Z axis endstop seems open circuit or not plugged in the correct position, when I unplug my endstop then everytime I hit home button the axis will only go up a short distance and stop, not like the others. Check if there's a bad contact of between the wirings and metal parts.
Also is there a endstop hit error on the LCD? If there is, then check out this link:
