unknown problems with i3 pro c.

Hello all,

(sorry for my bad English :( i try it )

I have the Geeetech i3 pro c. I have now a year problems with it, and i dont no how to fix it.
I have a new laptop. what i want to try is, to install it directly good. on my old laptop i have try a lot, and i think that there are to many programs of firmware now on it.
the problem was that the extruder dit not work. the rest dit it. see the video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ElVB5c_IZOw
the settings on this video i have allready change in the hope that somting work. can some one tell me what i have to do from the beginning? i know that there are startup scrips for but that wil not work. (i try it but not working for my printer)

i just dont know now what to do now. can some one help my out?

some of your slice settings are not proper, you can download the user manual here to check it:

and did you use PLA or ABS? if you use PLA then the temperatures are too high for it, 200 for the hotend and 65 for the heatbed will be fine, seems your object is melted under high temperatures.
and uncheck the setting here, it might cause crash after the print job finished:

thanks for the help. :D

Another problem that i have is a hanging extruder. See the attachment below here( the picture). I have buy metal parts from ebay for this problem. It looks like that the plastic get hot, end go bending. I hope that the problem will fix with this metal parts.

For now i gone try it with your settings..
