I've just finished putting together the M201 and managed to get about half a millimetre into a cube print before flow stopped from the nozzle. I've tried increasing the temperature to clear it, reducing the temperature, increasing flow rate but it was just stuck. I cannot force filament through manually and the extruder motors just click, unable to push more filament in.
I disassembled the hotend and removed all the plastic, cleared the nozzle with a guitar string and reassembled everything. I got the same issue - plastic extrudes for a couple of minutes and then stops.
I have no idea what's up. Does anyone have any suggestions? Any replies will be much appreciated.

Yep. Thanks very much. I took the hotend apart again, cleaned it all out and with everything disassembled, pushed the PTFE rods through so they were flush with the bottom ends of the vertical risers that go up into the cooling block.
Flow problems seem to have been resolved. Next to sort out, Z wobbles
