filament comes out fine.
if i manual extract in repetier host.
Must be something now to do with sticking to the glass. I've just washed the glass in the dish washer to take any marks off.
Might try this roll of abs 1.75 if i have no luck.

Ok cleaned the glass.
Set Start extruder temp to 215. and 2nd layer onwards to 195
Set Bed to start at 85 and drop to 65
Print seems to be working now.
Also in printer settings i changed the offset of z back to 0 and set the print settings for Z from Min to 0. It now starts at 0.3
Next print ill make it start at 0.2 as I think .3 is to far away from the bed.
Looking much better now.
Ill do some more fine tuning later with the temperatures.
Ill upload a picture later of the finished product.
