Motor

I Have Been testing our new GeeeTech I3 Pro B. The engine for both X and Y and Z are working properly. The printing table moves in both directions correctly. The motor of the extruder or movements of the filament does not work. If you press the down arrow through the manual controls on the Repetier -host v1.6.2 program the extruder motor does not move. The filament nozzle heats up, and manually pushing down the filament melted down . We are using Geeetech Prusa i3 Pro Printer Firmware B 3D for GT2560 "for the Arduino Mega 2560. Could anyone help me or guide to solve this problem ?

You mean the extruder motor still didn't move after you heated up the nozzle?And the filament came out with your hand extruding?
I think you can check the driver and the wiring of extruder motor,refer to the following post:
