Geeetech Prusa i3 Pro B - FIRMWARE no working

Hello ,

I buy a prusa i3 pro B last week , fast ship , good package , all was alright .
But when i run the 3d printer , the X axis don"t move . I spend many times to understant and i found the problems .

When i switch the firmware of x axis with an other , that works very well (but he miss me a firmware , i have only 3 now )

Please , can you send me a Firmware ? ( i really want use my new printer )

Your "firmware" means the endstop?Could you take some photos of it?

This part . I'm sure it"s because i switch place with others and that works ( but only 3/4 work ) .
Can you send me a new one please ?

Before that,see the following picture,you can try fixing it,rotate the little screw to increase the driver voltage and measure it with a multimeter:

No way , i try this before and that no resolve my problems , i think this piece is litteraly out , never works before you send me the prusa ( It'snt your fault , you can't check every package ) . But i received prusa since one week , since one week i speak with you on ebay and on this forum and no one want send me a £#@king piece at 2€ , seriously ?? I gonna leave a bad comment , I buy you a not working machin , please send me a new piece , I just want use my machine . I'm sorry but If nothing change in a week , I am going to begin a dispute on paypal , I repeat : You send me a not working machine , I know what goes wrong with him and you don"t want change piece ... Wake up , really .
