Extruder Problem Prusa I3 Pro B

I have a lot of Problems with the extruder. After the buying he doesn't work.
He makes sounds like Clogging.

I have checked the Inliner thats was not ok but a correct doesn't fix the problem

i have tested various Nozzle
i have tested various filament gear
I have make mor prressure but it don't helps

it stops an need more pressure at normal extruding.
more pressure isn't possible because the arm was on max psosition and with more waschers i dont can mount the spring.
