Micro2440 stamp module.

I have purchased Micro2440 stamp module to use it along with my micro2440 SDK.
When I have mounted the stamp module on the SDK, the screen is blank in both NOR and NAND switch positions.
I have tried by removing the jumper and by placing the jumper but there is no change.

Does the micro2440 stamp module come with any OS loaded already or do I need to load OS?
I tried to load OS but I could not get any options when I connected hyperteminal I could not see anything on the screen.

If you have any step by step methods to install Windows CE 6 OS on Micro2440 stamp module can you please let me know?
