extruder clog how does the warranty works

after a lot of assembly and disassembly to unclogh the extruder
the temperature probe has ended up breaking I think.
I now have systematically have a message of error.
i ve never been able to extrude more than a 0.5cm of PLA always a clogh
I tried to extrude at different temperatures and diferent filament of planothing
the ring in ptfe a Ended up starting to burn and now nothing can be down i have to change the m6 pipe throat with ptfe and the nozzle...
very disappointed!!!

What model is your printer?Did you use the ejector pin to clear the clogging?

The burnt ptfe ring (you can see which ring i m talking about on this Picture

is in the bin since last week end
It has been replace by the one at the entry of the stepper motor of the mk8 to make new tries came from the entry of the stepper motor

i dont know what is the original problem of clogh trouble of barrel, touble of nozzle
but as i explain assembly and dis assembly finished by breaking the thermistor wire
so what i need as spare part is this

I mean you can attach the picture of your broken parts(on your own printer),not the picture on the Internet...
