Rostock 301 extruder motors not working

I have completely built the Rostock 301, now I have checked and tested everything but 2 of the 3 extruder motors are not working the motor vibrates but the actual shaft does not move. We have tested everything and these motors are not working. Any suggestions? Have requested replacements but had no response.
