Everything is wrong i3 b pro

Hi guys.

Bught a geeetech i3 b pro on ebay and build it.
Building it was ok, a few bent rod but i fixed new once
And taught whoo lets start printing. Nope.
Learning marlin and aurdrino was like drinking water
From a firehose!
My problem now is when i home it wont work.
Isent the z axis suppose to hit endstop and than raise and start printing? When i try to home z goes up. Try again and up... Never down. When i start printing i have to manually turn z and y(?) table but off course it dont work. I tried turning it off on first layer and than adjusting it but next time it start by raising z and printing in the air.

Please help. I really appreciate it!
I dont even know where to start now.
Tried loading in firmware and it workt. From this forum. I also have problems with my lcd s many others.

I never used audrino or printed before.

maybe you can reflash the firmware.

Check the position of your wires - the z,y,z end stop sensors are not clear in the video - I had similar issues until I realized I had
Y correct
X - in the ymax
Z in the x-min

auto home sent all the motors in the wrong direction.
