Bad stepper motor received w/Geeetech p i3 pro

Hello, I received a bad stepper motor with my 3d printer geeetec I3 pro b, board is gt2560. I tried everything, reversing by firmware, swap cables. When i swap stepper motor problem went with it. It will only go one direction. Can you send me a new one, a month of reading on here after i got it together and finally found problem. Need new board.

So did you mean the driver board A4988 or the motor itself?
And did you contact your seller?
